Assessment includes photo documentation dated for insurance purposes. A grid-pattern inspection of each elevation catches scattered impact marks a quick walk-by would miss.
Panels loosened or partially lifted by wind get re-secured or replaced depending on damage extent. Replacement fasteners are set at tighter spacing than standard when wind exposure is a known recurring issue.
We can meet your adjuster on-site if that speeds up your claim. We provide a written damage summary in plain language alongside the photos, not just a raw image folder.
We'll give you an honest read on repair-versus-replace based on what the storm actually did. Upgraded impact-rated material is offered as an option for Huntington, WV homeowners in higher hail-frequency areas.
Every debris-impact repair includes a check behind the panel for hidden moisture. We inspect the gutter and downspout near any debris strike, since falling branches often damage more than just the wall.
